PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a label for in-mold molding which does not generate gum and foul a roll during the production, is good in printing, cutting, punching, and insertion into a mold through a year, and has high fusion strength to a container. SOLUTION: The label is a multi-layer film comprising a thermoplastic resin film base material layer (I), an intermediate layer (II), and a heat-sealable resin layer (III), and the intermediate layer (II) is formed from a thermoplastic resin composition containing an antistatic agent.
