PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piezoelectric porcelain composition capable of ensuring a sufficiently high sintered density even when fired at a low temperature, less liable to volatilize Pb in firing and capable of giving a piezoelectric with little unevenness in electrical characteristics. SOLUTION: The oxide piezoelectric porcelain composition contains Pb, Ti, Zr, Ma (Ma is at least one selected from Cr, Mn, Fe and Co) and Md (Md is at least one selected from Nb, Sb, Ta and W) and has a perovskite structure. When the total amount of the Ma is represented by (a) (mol) and the amounts of the Sb, Nb, Ta and W are represented by (b), (c), (d) and (e) (mol), respectively, the ratio (z) of (a) to (b+c+d+2e) is 0.50<z<1.00. |
