PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a user and a maintenance person to have access to a vehicle without using a key but with the use of, for example, a card key. SOLUTION: A vehicle sharing system includes a plurality of vehicles. Each vehicle has a micro controller for controlling access to the vehicle. The micro controller includes a random-access memory(RAM) and a read-only memory(ROM) for storing identification information. The ROM stores identification information on a maintenance person, and the RAM stores identification information on a user.
