PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive car baseboard structure with satisfactory workability. SOLUTION: This car baseboard structure is constituted by integrally bending coated steel plate or printed steel plate, providing plural slots on a part of the bent part, setting plural holding means in the inner circumference of a floor frame and inserting plural holding means in slot parts of the integrally bent steel plate.
