PURPOSE: An ID card using an organic EL(Electro-Luminescent) is provided to make a product capable of executing the multi security by a voltage variable applied to the card, a reading condition, an electronic code and the EL types, and to enable a device reading a barcode to be slim. CONSTITUTION: The ID card consists of a plastic substrate(1) having a barcode(3) and a security polymer layer(6). The barcodes having thin and various length and area are connected with an electric wire(2). An electro-luminescent layer(4) and transparent electrode(5) connecting to other electric wires and electric crosspiece(7) is placed on the substrate. The electric wires supplies the voltages to the barcode and the barcode is directly placed on the plastics and covered with a protecting layer. The length and width of barcode is various and consists of an element transferring the electric current. Each parallel element connects to the electric wire, the EL layer and transparent electrode is placed on the barcode, and the transparent electrode is adjacent with the polymer layer and is connected to the second electric wire. The code is fixed according to the position, length and width of each element, and the combination number of barcode is increased.
