METHOD FOR FABRICATING OPEN LENS TYPE RECURSIVE REFLECTION MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an open type recursive reflection material is provided, which improves friction endurance by improving brightness of the recursive reflection material and adhesion with a fiber base film. CONSTITUTION: According to the method, a water-soluble adhesive(2) as thick as 20-30 micrometers is coated on a base film(1). And after spraying a glass beads(3) on the water-soluble adhesion, an aluminum is deposited thereon. After coating an adhesive resin(5) on the glass beads deposited with the aluminum, a fiber base film or a film base film(6) is laminated. Thus, the water-soluble adhesive and the base film are laminated by rising the above stacked body with a water. The water-soluble adhesive is a water-soluble transparent acrylic resin, and a diameter of the glass beads is 45-50 micrometers. And the adhesive resin is a polyurethane resin.
