METHOD FOR PRODUCING HIGH-DENSITY ANTAGONISTIC MICROBIAL BASE MATERIAL

PURPOSE: Provided is a producing method of high-density antagonistic microbial base material which can be used in improving the soil environment, fermenting organic materials, facilitating the nurishment of organic materials and deodorizing livestock waste and purifying water. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of: inoculating soil microorganism mixture containing yeast, as a main ingredient, including Streptomyces sp. Actinomyces, bacteria and fungi then subculturing original microorganisms at 25-35 deg.C under the moisture content of 25-30% for 4-5 days; and inoculating the subcultured microorganisms into a cultivator containing a mixture of pulverized volcanic rocks and minerals, mixed nutriments and water then culturing it for a certain period of time.
