PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network pass-through control system of high quality wherein data setting which considers linkage between audio encoding devices is not performed but digital one link (that is, one time encoding/decoding) is performed automatically. SOLUTION: When calls are transferred between digital leased circuits 10 and 40 with which audio encoding devices 1 and 3 are connected, respectively, via a plurality of private branch exchangers 2a-2c, a call control unit 21 containing a network pass-through control unit 21a, a data transmitting receiving control unit 22 and a call control data base 23 are installed in the private branch exchanger 2. As a result, pass-through control wherein the digital one link (that is, one time encoding/decoding) is performed is realized.
