METHOD FOR INTERCONNECTING INDEPENDENT DEVICE AS SINGLE TOKEN INTERFACE AND GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a graphical user interface in which a plurality of independent devices are cooperated as one token interface, although only one device can be used in the prior art for each token, when it is requested to use various kinds of encryption devices. SOLUTION: A method and a graphical user interface divide functions of independent various devices into function categories. A user is capable of selecting device functions for a token interface through combination thereof from these categories. Thereafter, when one token interface is applied to a data object, the associated functions can all be applied to the data object without relation to the device to execute the functions. As explained above, a user is not required to conduct management of a plurality of tokens for each device but only to execute management of one token interface.
