METHOD FOR INSERTING FAULT INFORMATION AND PROVIDER FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and accurately provide fault information for a user. SOLUTION: A service disk server when receiving trouble ticket information TC showing the fault contents of each device generates incident information X (t0) and then performs retrieval from a fault table according to the trouble ticket information TC to read a fault service name out (t1). Consequently, the fault contents are converted into the fault service name. The service disk server generates published sentence data html1 and html2 by embedding the fault service name in templates and transfers them to 1st and 2nd Web servers (t1). The 1st and 2nd Web servers inserts the fault information on Web according to the inserted sentence data html1 and html2. The fault information can, therefore, be reported automatically without any human intervention.
