PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system that allows a mobile set to efficiently conduct a spread code detection and attains hand-over procedure that takes a moving direction of the mobile set into account so as to reduce the frequency of occurrence of hand-over. SOLUTION: The mobile set calculates a moving speed and a moving direction of itself on the basis of position information of near adjacent wireless base stations notified from a wireless base station and obtains efficiently notice information of surrounding cells by using a known spread code. |
