DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system for integrally managing the individual accounting information system of each user by a single information system. SOLUTION: This data processing system using a data base in a data file format is provided with a data field in which at least one variable primary key is stored in each global record including all the kinds of data fields constituting records to be used by plural users. In this system, each data field constituting legacy records including all the kinds of the data fields constituting the records to be used by the specific user among the plural users is made to correspond to each data field constituting the global records based on the variable primary key.
