PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support efficient personnel distribution in regard to business. SOLUTION: A personnel ID and business period information representing a period when business has not been assigned yet to the personnel identified with the personal ID or a period when business has already been assigned are stored in a database 14, wherein the personal ID is correlated to the business period information. When a terminal 16 for personnel inputs request period information representing the period of the objective business of personnel assignment, a supporting server 12 selects at least one person among personnel on the basis of the inputted request period information and the business period information stored in the database 14.
