PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home page reading system and a home page creating method, by which the matching of information which are referred to can be obtained even if the plural types of terminals referring information exist. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a creation server 1-4 converting data displayed on a home page into a relational-type data base, a data base server 1-5 preserving it, a home page referring means 1-10 and an operation server 1-1 managing a reference request. The relational-type data base is converted into the file of an XML system, in which data is divided into style information and text information. Then, it is style-converted into a system for displaying data on the reference means 1-10 and the file is transmitted to the reference means 1-10.
