PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost gear for light load used for a device to be rotated at a high speed with a light load and capable of relaxing the influence of the machining error. SOLUTION: This gear for light load is arranged between a motor and a device to be rotated at a high speed by a light load, and provided with a base part 61, teeth 63 integrally formed with the base part 61, rigidity adjusting means 65 and 65 for allowing the deflection of the teeth 63. When engaging with teeth 69 of a counter side gear 55, necessary deflection is given to the teeth 63 by the rigidity adjusting means 65 and 65 so as to absorb the machining error.
