PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wear such as man's and lady's suits, jackets, trousers, coats, uniforms and working clothes or an industrial material such as a tent, a tarpaulin, a truck sail and an umbrella, absorbing no water even if being wet with water and rain and washable without getting out of shape. SOLUTION: This wear or industrial material is characterized by using a spun yarn or a processed fabric coated with a fluororesin through soaking in a cold setting fluororesin paint a spun yarn or a fabric made of a chemical fiber, a natural fiber or a fiber as a mixture or a compound of a chemical fiber and a natural fiber and drying the resultant product at <=80 deg.C to harden the resultant product. |
