摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a conventional damper device has large number of parts, is heavy, requires high manufacturing cost, and has many movable parts, thereby impairing the maintenance property. SOLUTION: A damper device according to this invention is provided with a cylinder 16 which has an opening at one end, whose other end is closed, and which forms a circular arc shape having a predetermined radius of curvature, a plunger 19 forming a circular arc shape in which one end side is slidably fitted in the cylinder 16 so as to form a circular arc locus corresponding to the predetermined radius of curvature, an energizing means 20 energizing the plunger 19 in the direction of slide on one side for the cylinder 16, a communicating passage provided in one end part of the plunger 19 to communicate the inside of the cylinder partitioned by one end part of the plunger 19 with the outside, and a pressure adjusting valve provided in the communicating passage to restrict a passage cross sectional area of the communicating passage when the plunger 19 moves in the direction of slide on one side and expand the passage cross sectional area when the plunger 19 moves in the reverse direction.
