PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly fit a metallic decoration ring arranged around an operation button. SOLUTION: The metallic decoration ring 16 is arranged around a release button 15, arranged on the top surface of the front cover 3 of a camera body. The decoration ring 16 is provided integrally with a decoration-ring side sleeve 28 having a recessed part formed on its inner peripheral surface. A holding member 22, which holds the release button 15, has an internal sleeve 32 having a projection part 32a and flanges 41 and 42 formed on its outer peripheral surface. The decorative ring side sleeve 28 is fitted in an opening 17 provided for the cover and the recessed part and the projection part 32a are engaged with each other to fit the internal sleeve 32 to the decoration-ring side sleeve 28, and the cover is clamped between the flanges 41 and 42 and decoration ring 16, so that the decoration ring 16 and holding member 22 are fixed to the cover.
