PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that gluten of fermented soybean is adhered to a film covering an upper surface of the fermented soybean to cause its film processing operation to become troublesome. SOLUTION: This container is comprised of a container main body 1 having a first circumferential wall 3 raised from an outer circumference of a first bottom plate 2, and a lid 11 for closing an upper surface of the container main body and arranged at a rear part of an upper end of the first circumferential wall through a thin-walled hinge 15. A top plate portion of the lid above inside the first circumferential wall is notched in a form of shallow pan, a part of a second circumferential wall 13 forming an outer circumference of the notch is fitted to an inner surface of the upper part of the first circumferential wall 3 and at the same time a second bottom plate 16 closing a lower surface of the notch is formed with a proper number of aeration holes 17. |
