PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane material with high coefficient of thermal expansion and low thermal conductivity, which can be used as a thermal intercept membrane for such thermal machinery as gas turbines, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In manufacturing a BaSrTiO3 base oxide, Sr is compounded in atomic fraction of more than 0.3 and less than 0.5 based on total of Ba and Sr. Ti is also compounded in atomic fraction of 0.5 based on total of Ba, Sr and Ti. |
