PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To property fit a sealing member for waterproofing and dust proofing to an opening part of a housing covering a weighing mechanism. SOLUTION: Weighing mechanisms 10, 2, 4, 40 having load receiving parts 41, 42 on the top surface are arranged on a bottom plate 67. Openings exposing the load receiving parts 41, 42 to the outsides are installed in the housing 60 covering the weighing mechanism. The lower end of a bellows member 90 is fixed to the surrounding of the opening, and the upper end of the bellows member is fixed to the top surface of a bellows receiver 80. A supporting shaft 43 of the load receiving part is loosely passed through large diameter hole 82 of the bellows receiver 80. The position of the bellows receiver is set to the load receiving part so as not to deform the bellows member, and the bellows receiver is fixed to the load receiving part with a screw. Even if error exists in the housing itself or in the assembly of the housing and the body, the bellows member can be fit without applying unreasonable force. Possibility of producing error in measurement is eliminated, and high reliability can be kept even in an environment with a plenty of moisture or dust.
