PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that prevents particles in an under-coat layer from separating from the layer, ensures satisfactory images even in repetitious image formation, and is excellent in resistance to printing. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor in which a conductive substrate is laminated with the under-coat layer containing the particles and a photoreceptive layer in that order, the under-coat layer is covered with the photoreceptive layer.
