PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure assembling and maintenance of a water sprinkling pipe and a water sprinkling bar disposed in a common casing in a lump, for reducing the number of parts of a sprinkling apparatus and simplify piping therefor. SOLUTION: Water sprinkling bars 18 for sprinkling water sprinkled from a sprinkling water hole 16a of a sprinkling water pipe 16, after spreading it into a dry/wet common passage located below is provided, bridged in the traversing direction of a casing 15. These sprinkling bars 18 are mounted fixedly with a bonding agent into the casing 15, which is located substantially immediately under the sprinkling hole 16a at an interval longitudinally of the casing 15.
