SOLUTION: A floorboard 8 is arranged on a three-dimensional frame 4 installed on the outdoor side of a sash 2 of a unit structure frame 3 positioned between upper and lower slabs A and B, the indoor side of a screen 5 installed on the three-dimensional frame 4 in upper and lower parts of the three- dimensional frame 4 is formed as an apparatus installing space E, and the screen 5 can be fixed in a proper position up to a sash opening position X from a sash covering position X.
