PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens moving device capable of being miniaturized and improving moving precision by rotating a cam member in the peripheral direction of a lens and moving the lens in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis. SOLUTION: The lens moving device is provided with pins 5, 6 capable of moving integrally with the lens 2, a guide cylinder 7 allowing the reciprocated movement of the lens 2 only in a fixed direction perpendicular to the optical axis O of a lens optical system having the lens 2 and a cam cylinder 8 forming cam faces 8a, 8b formed so as to be rotated around the optical axis O to abut the pins 5, 6 and capable of moving the lens 2 in the fixed direction through the pins 5, 6 by rotating around the optical axis O. Thus the lens 2 can be accurately moved in the direction intersecting with the optical axis O by controlling the rotation of the cam cylinder 8. In addition, the moving mechanism of the lens 3 can be simplified and miniaturized. |
