PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated granular material for total amount base manure able to reduce vegetative disorder of a seedling and a method of cultivation. SOLUTION: The coated granular material containing urea compound and triamide phosphate precisely controlled in elution from both the material, and the method of cultivation using the coated granular material.
