PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for joining metal members, in particular, metal members having different melting points from each other in which on metal member of low melting point and very thin thickness is joined wit the other metal member without melting, and the joined metal members. SOLUTION: Both metal members are heated and joined with each other by passing the pulse current having the frequency of 102 to 106 Hz between the metal members while applying the pressure by using at least a pair of press punches or press rolls for pressing means.
