PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a metal ferrule of an optical fiber and a method thereof are provided to minimize a plating deviation. CONSTITUTION: A plating bath(110) stirs plating liquid from a plating liquid storage bath(120). A plating jig(140) is mounted at the inside of the plating bath(110). A solution pressure control tower(112) receives the plating liquid from the plating liquid storage bath(120). An internal plating bath(114) provides a space for a plate to a wire. An internal plating liquid conveyer(116) is connected to a bottom of the solution pressure control tower(112) and a bottom of the internal plating bath(114) in order to convey a plating liquid of the solution pressure control tower(112) to the internal plating bath(114). A plating liquid discharge section(118) discharges a plating liquid overflown from the internal plating bath(114) to the plating liquid storage bath(120).
