PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer finishing sheet, in which respective sheets equip an outward appearance capable of being stereoscopically visually recognized and handling properties are good, a method for producing the same and a method for using it. SOLUTION: In the multi-layer finishing sheet used for the interior finishing of a building, the multi-layer finishing sheet 23 is equipped with both a surface sheet 24 provided with uneven patterns 24A on the surface and a flat lined sheet 25 which is stuck on the rear of the surface sheet 24 and provided with patterns 25A on the surface. Both the surface sheet 24 and the lined sheet 25 mutually have peeling-up properties.
