摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope system in which balance adjustment of the output levels of a normal image signal and a fluorescent image signal can be made quickly at a time even when changing the model of an electronic endoscope. SOLUTION: The electronic endoscope system 1 has a scale rotating device 60 alternately crossing a white light reflection section 69c and a fluorescent light emission section 69d before the tip 10a of an electronic endoscope 10 inserted into an insertion hole 62 in synchronization with emission of white light and ultraviolet light from the tip 10a of the electronic endoscope 10, when a rotating plate 69 having the white light reflecting section 69c reflecting white light at a prescribed reflectivity, the fluorescent light emission section 69d emitting light with a prescribed intensity when excited by ultraviolet light is attached to a rotating shaft 67b. An image signal processing circuit 52 sets an amplification factor from an image signal generated, when reflected light and fluorescent light from the white light reflection section 69c and the fluorescent light emission section 69d are received and amplifies each image signal at the amplification factor.
