PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold a matted state concering a method of entirely or partially eliminating a gloss of a metal foil formed by adhering to a plastic sheet face. SOLUTION: A fine rugged face 3a of a mat sheet 3 (e.g. Japanese paper) having a fine rugged face 3a is overlapped on the surface 2a of a metal foil layer 2 formed by adhering to a sheet face 1a of a plastic base sheet 1. Then the mat sheet 3 is peeled off from the mat sheet 3 side by heat-pressing with a pressurizing plate 50, thereby to transfer the fine rugged face 3a to the surface 2a so that the gloss can be eliminated. In this case, when a rugged part is formed in the pressurized face 51 of the pressurizing plate 50, the fine irregularity of the mat sheet 3 is transferred only to the metal foil layer surface 2a pressed by a projecting part 52 so as to enable matting (matted part 2A). A pattern can be expressed with the matted part 2A and the gloss part 2B.
