PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small operating device where two operating members (dials) can be turned with a clicking feeling. SOLUTION: The operating device fitted to a support member comprises a holding member fitted to the support member, a first operating member which is turnably supported by the holding member, a second operating member which is turnably supported, being coaxial with the first operating member, by the holding member, a first click means where, housed in the holding member, a part of the first operating member is energized in the direction parallel to the axle to provide the turning of the first operating member with a clicking feeling, and a second click means where a part of the second operating member is energized in the direction perpendicular to the axle to provide the turning of the second operating member with a clicking feeling.
