PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave oven capable of easily opening and closing a door at the time of opening and closing the door without paying an attenuation to that the door makes contact with a wall surface and capable of effectively situating a microwave oven sheathing in a triangular space at the corner part of the wall surface. SOLUTION: The two surfaces of a wall surface corner part are provided with respective sheathings 3 situated approximately in parallel and approaching each other. An angle between a plane consisting of a door and a control and two wall surface is 45 deg. and the shape of the sheathing of the microwave oven forms a pentagonal shape as seen in a plan view.
