PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin electronic device for which a high-speed electronic component is arranged between a substrate and a thin battery disposed in face to face with the substrate capable of suppressing the amplification of radiation noise due to electromagnetic waves radiated from the high-speed electronic component, and suppressing the discharge of the electromagnetic waves to the outside further. SOLUTION: This thin electronic device is provided with the substrate 1 and a sheet-like thin battery 2 disposed in face to face with the substrate, and the high-speed electronic component 5 is mounted on the substrate 1 and arranged between the substrate 1 and the sheet-like thin battery 2. A ferrite bead core 3 is inserted to a power supply route for connecting the substrate 1 and the sheet-like thin battery 2.
