PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating board of superior rigidity, and a heat- insulating panel for vending machine, having performance level substantially equal to that of a heat insulating panel for vending machine using a metal plate, while using no metal plate and being easily recyclable. SOLUTION: This heat-insulating board comprises porous polyester-based sheets 3 and 3', laminated on one side or both sides of a plate-like hard synthetic resin-foamed body 2. This heat-insulating panel for automatic vending machine comprises a frame 4, mounted on four circumferential sides of the heat insulating board, having the porous polyester-based sheets 3 and 3' laminated on both sides of the hard synthetic resin-foamed body 2.
