PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a registration and management system that registers and manages derived design data and offers an operational environment to fit each of design engineers and also can deal with the increasing of work loads. SOLUTION: In the registration and management system for design data connecting to the intranet, a system server that constitutes the system to register and manage the design data, has a user certificate tool that certifies a user's qualification for connecting to the server, and holds temporally the user data and a registration guide tool that generates a consolidated card file by summarizing the design data presented by the users. The control program for the design data registration and management, which is to operate the user certificate tool and the registration guide tool is stored on a machine-readable recording medium.
