PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the lighting control function and high heat insulating performance of a window at a low cost. SOLUTION: Winding shafts 3, 4 are provided at the indoor side upper and lower sides of a window frame. A light transmission screen, a light scattering screen and light shielding screen are wound in this order onto the upper winding shaft, and the terminal end is fitted to the lower winding shaft. A user turns the winding shaft and selects the optional screen to control lighting. Since air can be confined between glass 1 and the screen 2, the heat insulating performance equivalent to double glazing and the light control function equivalent to a curtain can be realized at a low cost. Since the wind does not get into the back face side of the screen, the screen can be thinned and reduced in weight and easily applied also to a huge window.
