PURPOSE: Provided is a healthy food-stuff containing the mixture of Elfvinga extract and at least one kind of extract selected from Bupleurum euphorbioides, Ulmi cortex and Cudraniae cortex. Therefore, it has an excellent anticancer effects without side effects. CONSTITUTION: The healthy food-stuff is characterized by mixing Elfvinga extract and at least one kind of extract selected from Bupleurum euphorbioides, Ulmi cortex and Cudraniae cortex which are extracted with 50% of methanol then freeze-dried. Its manufacturing method comprises the steps of: finely grinding Elfvinga, Bupleurum euphorbioides, Ulmi cortex and Cudraniae cortex; adding 50% of methanol to each ground herbal medicine in an amount of 10-15 times by the weight of the ground herbal medicine, then heating for 1-3 hours 1-3 times; concentrating each extract at low temperature then freeze-drying the concentrate; and mixing Elfvinga radix with at least one kind of extract selected from Bupleurum euphorbioides, Ulmi cortex and Cudraniae cortex.
