PURPOSE: A massage appliance for a thermo-therapy bed is provided to maximize the effect of acupressure via the rolling contact between the massage appliance fixed on a carrier and a specific part of a human body. CONSTITUTION: In the thermo-therapy bed composed of a mat shaped bed having a space on the center portion, a carrier sliding along a guide rail formed at both opposite frame of the bed, a reciprocating transfer device for the carrier, and a cylindrical massage appliance fixed to the carrier, the massage appliance comprises a rolling shaft(2) fixed on the carrier; plural rolling members(1) installed on the rolling shaft; a heating lamp(3) installed on the rolling shaft within a sealed inner space of the rolling member for heating the surface of the rolling member; and a temperature sensor(5) installed adjacently to the heating lamp for keeping an appropriate inner temperature of the rolling member.
