<p>The invention discloses a vaccine for influenza virus, the present vaccine comprises at least one polypeptide, conjugated to carrier protein or carrier polypeptide to form conjugates, said polypeptide comprises neutralizing epitope derived from envelope protein HA or M2 of influenza virus or its variations, and T cell epitope. The method for preparing the present influenza vaccine comprises: (1) synthesizing polypeptide, comprising neutralizing epitope derived from envelope protein HA or M2 of influenza virus or its variations, and T cell epitope; (2) conjugating said polypeptide to carrier protein or polypeptide to form conjugates; (3) combining with acceptable adjuvant formulating the present influenza vaccine. This present vaccine can effectively deal with mutation of virus, thus having widely economic and social benefit.</p> |
