A catheter according to the present invention comprises a tube having a distal end and an open proximal end; at least one fluid conduit disposed within and along the tube, the fluid conduit having open proximal end and a closed distal end; an expandable balloon in fluid communication with the at least one fluid conduit; and anchoring means for securely engaging the catheter in a passage, the anchoring means being located on a surface of the balloon and operable by the expansion of the balloon. |
