PURPOSE: A paper box for packing is provided to recycle a paper box by firmly assembling a paper box without a connecting member such as an adhesive tape or a stapler and to improve productivity by excluding the connecting member. CONSTITUTION: A paper box comprises a side part(10) folded in multiple steps, inner and outer cover parts(12,14) formed at the upper and lower portions of the side part, a sealing part to seal both ends of the side part, and a connecting unit formed integral with the side part or the cover parts to connect the side part of the cover parts. The connecting unit consists of insertion units(121) formed at both ends of the inner cover part, fixing units(141) formed at both ends of the outer cover, insertion holes(10a) inserted with the insertion pieces, and fixing holes(10b) fixed with the fixing units. Auxiliary units(142) are formed at both ends of the fixing unit to prevent the departure of the fixing units from the side part.
