PURPOSE: A circulation type inspection system for a bridge and a pier is provided to repair and inspect all over the coping of a pier easily and to reduce maintenance expenses. CONSTITUTION: The circulation type inspection system(100) for a bridge and a pier comprises a boarding stand(40) installed continuously with a lower end of an access ladder(38) installed downward from an upper slab(31) of a bridge, traveling rails(50) installed respectively to front and rear sides of a coping around the side of a coping(35) as an upper member of a pier(34), and a circulation chassis(60) installed respectively to the traveling rails(50).
