A central pin has mounted thereon an extraction section and a resistance section. The components of such sections that are rotatable relative to the central pin are connected by a clutch means for non-rotatable connection in an extraction direction and are freewheeling for rewinding of the extractive band. One end of the central pin is intended for non-rotatable attachment to a stationary point.</p> |
