INSTRUMENT FOR JOINING BONE AND ITS JOINING COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for joining bones and its joining component which can join vertebrae apart from each other in a stable manner. SOLUTION: An instrument for joining bones is made up of a hooking component 5 which can be attached to and detached from a vertebral arch 3 found on a vertebra 1 and a joining component 9 with a rod 7 which can be fixed to the hooking component 5. A hooking part 13 made on the hooking component 5 is equipped with a protrusion 23 which is designed to cut into the vertebral arch 3, and the joining component 9 has a hooking part 25 to hook on a spinous process 27 or on the vertebral arch 3 at one end. The hooking part 25 has a protrusion 29 designed to cut into the spinous process 27 or the vertebral arch 3. A joining component 31 is almost V-shaped and has a protrusion 37 to cut into the spinous process 27 at the inner side of a bending part 35.
