PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counterweight capable of easily being disassembled when scrapping an industrial vehicle or a constructing machine. SOLUTION: The counterweight 30 is provide with grooves 40A, 41A enabling disassembling into plural parts on the inside thereof having no influence in exterior appearance. By pressing from the outside with a press machine and the like, the counterweight 30 is cracked from the grooves 40A, 41A, and can be easily disassembled into plural parts of a specified size.
