PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat fixture of an automobile which has excellent assembling workability of a clip with a lock arm. SOLUTION: This seat fixture detachably/attachably fixes an automobile seat which has a projection piece on a floor panel of a vehicle wherein a mounting hole is bored, and is comprised of a clip 1 and a lock arm 2. The clip is provided with a main body part which engages with the mounting hole of the floor panel and wherein a recess 8 for receiving the projection piece of the automobile seat is formed, an insertion hole 9 which is opened on a side of the main body part in a communicating state with the recess, and a retaining space which is formed in a parted position from the insertion hole of the main body part. The lock arm is provided with a lock piece 17 which irrupts into inside the recess from the insertion hole and hooks the projection piece, a head part 19 which is press-fitted into inside the retaining space and held therein so as not to freely rotate, and a spring piece 20 which is provided between the head part and the lock piece.
