PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively producing a carbonaceous material very useful as an agricultural material and pyrolignaceous acid without causing air pollution by carbonizing an organic raw material which originally has to be disposed of as waste at a low temperature. SOLUTION: This method comprises mixing an organic raw material with one or more kinds of plant ashes, powdered shells, and powdered bones as the impregnation chemicals to realize the carbonization at a low temperature of <=400 deg.C for a short period of time and, simultaneously, cooling and collecting the entire evaporated component to be generated during the heat treatment in a condenser 24 to recover useful pyrolignaceous acid while preventing an air pollutant such as smoke. |
