PURPOSE: Provided is a chinese pancake by using vegetables. In particular, vegetables are mixed with wheat flour and glutinous rice powder while kneading dough, therefore, the chinease pancake has savory taste in combination with vegetable flavor. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method is characterized by mixing 7 kinds of vegetables, such as a sesame leaf, spinach, a crown daisy, a scallion, an onion, a spring onion and garlic, with wheat flour dough in a certain ratio then stirring them; and backing the dough at 150-200 deg.C for 1-2 minutes with turning it over. Where, the mixing ratio of sesame leaf:spinach:crown daisy:scallion;spring onion;onion:garlic is 1:1.2:0.8:1.3:0.2:1. |
