PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reproduce an information signal and also to prevent an optical recording medium from being mounted on a reproduction exclusive unit or a recording and reproducing unit by permitting a user such as a visually disabled person or a user in the dark to easily judge the front and rear surfaces of the medium and preventing the user from coming into contact with the sur face of a light transmission layer so as to suppress stain. SOLUTION: In an optical disk 1, an information signal part and the light transmission layer are formed on one main surface of the disk, a label printing layer 6 is arranged on the other main surface at an opposite side and a noctilucent paint layer 7 is partially arranged in an area except the area where the label printing layer 6 is formed. A display part and a judging part which are composed of a judgement mark for judgement by the sense of touch are disposed on one main surface with the light transmission layer formed and on the opposite other main surface in the optical disk 1. |
